1. Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment method used.

2. Postage and Associated Costs: You will be responsible for the postage and any associated cost of returning the goods to us. You also bear the risk associated with the return of the goods until they reach our Online Returns department.

3. Return Process:

• If you’ve misplaced the return form that was sent with your parcel, please email our Website Returns Department at orders@babiesblessings.co.uk to request a new one.
• Ensure that all items are sent back in their original packaging and condition, with tags attached. Note that we photograph each item when it leaves our store to ensure it departs in perfect condition.
• Items must be received by our Online Returns department within 14 days of receipt of your order. Failing to do so may result in a refusal of your refund.

4. Late Returns: If you return your purchase by post after the 14-day period (excluding faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer a full refund. We may choose to send your purchase back to you. If we decide on this course of action, you will be charged the delivery fee corresponding to the products and your location before the item is dispatched.

5. Refund Timing: Once we receive the returned goods, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please be aware that some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not responsible for, and cannot take any liability for, any bank charges you might incur during the refund process.

6. Faulty Items: If you are returning items due to a fault and it has been more than 28 days since receipt, please contact us at 01429 271274 or email orders@babiesblessings.co.uk. Alternatively, you can also speak to a manager in-store.

7. Recommendations:

• For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded delivery or a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery and ensures the parcel for the appropriate value. Keep your proof of postage until the refund is completed.
